    Drop shadows - AS, CS3

    Level 1
      Hi
Did anybody try to do drop shadows via AppleScript?
As I understand, I must first set up "drop shadow setting properties" - like angle, mode, distance and so on. And at the end it is called somehow via object style, which has property "object effects enabling settings" which has "enable drop shadow" property (but where"drop shadow setting properties" go?) , and there is also "object style object effects category settings" that also has a property "enable drop shadow" - what is it?...
I am lost in all those words...
Could anybody point to example somewhere (I did Google it, but did not find anything) or just write it - it must be three lines code, but what is a property of what and how to call it - total mess for me.
      Great thank you in advance

          Try this:<br /><br />tell application "Adobe InDesign CS3"<br />    activate<br />    tell active document<br />        tell page item 1<br />            tell transparency settings<br />                set properties of drop shadow settings to {mode:drop, use<br />global light:true, opacity:80.0, spread:20.0, blend mode:multiply,<br />noise:5.0, x offset:"1p", effect color:"Black"}<br />            end tell<br />        end tell<br />    end tell<br />end tell<br /><br /><br />-- <br />Shane Stanley <sstanley@myriad-com.com.au>
