Resize inline image to a specific size

      Hi,

I'm merging an XML file into my InDesign document via javascript. The XML file has image references in it that InDesign understands like:

The images are brought into the ID document just fine. What I'm trying to do though is resize the inline images. I thought I had this working by asking the image (via xml rules) for its parent (the containing rectangle) and setting its geometricBounds property. As of this morning, that's not working (it says that I can't set the geometricBounds property).

      My questions are:
      1. How do other people resize inline images to be a specific size without knowing an x/y position on the whole page?
      2. Why wouldn't I be able to set a Rectangle object's geometricBounds property?

      Thanks,
      Eric
