    setting a document to have 2 pages per spread

      Hi Everyone,

      I am trying to create a new document that has 2 pages per spread, so that even the first page is in a spread with page 2 and not by itself.

      so far I have a script that does this but when I try to add text frames to each page they all end up on page one. I can't seem to put a text frame on the second page.

      To get the spread the way I want it I set these document preferences, allowPageShuffle = false;
      preserveLayoutWhenShuffling = true;

      and create 3 pages then delete the first page - this gives me 2 pages on one spread.

      Is there a better way to do this? Is there a way to put text frames on page 2?
