    [svn] 3582: FxRotate3D effect now no longer uses the component' s transform point to rotate, but rather adjusts x/ y to simulate rotation around its transform center.

      FxRotate3D effect now no longer uses the component's transform point to rotate, but rather adjusts x/y to simulate rotation around its transform center. It does so using a new transformAround() method added to ITransformable (including implemetnations by UICompoennt, GraphicElement, and CompoundTransform)
