      Changing to a stable sort algorithm so that equivalent selector order is preserved. Also fixing a cut and paste error for CSS style modules in the StyleModule.vm velocity template to match what Flex 3 behavior did but accommodating multiple style declarations per "StyleDef" instance in the compiler.
