          Post a URL to the site, no screenshots.

              This is definitely not a web-safe font. If you want to use it, you will
              have to make graphics of all instances. Here are your only web-safe
              families to choose from otherwise -

                >I cant post url cause the site is not done yet to be uploaded

                There are enough free hosts available, more than enough for uploading a
                simple test case.

                > body
                > {
                > background-color:#000000;
                > color:#FFFFFF;
                > font-size: 10px;
                > font-weight: normal;
                > }

                Font sizes should not be defined in px, it just makes it very hard for
                IE users to increase it if necessary. You should use em or % instead.

                > A:link
                > {
                > color:#FFFFFF;
                > font-family:Charlemagne;
                > font-size: 10px;
                > text-decoration:none;
                > font-weight: normal;
                > }

                * The order of the pseudo-classes is important. It has to be :link,
                :visited, :hover, :active (LVHA) or VLHA.

                * "Charlemagne" is not a common web-safe font. See

                Common fonts to all versions of Windows & Mac equivalents
                http://www.ampsoft.net/webdesign-l/WindowsMacFonts.html

                Your visitors will only see it if it's installed on their machine. You
                should always specify multiple fonts and a generic font-family like
                "serif" or "sans-serif" as a last fallback. See the CSS spec for more
                details:

                15.3 Font family: the 'font-family' property
                http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/fonts.html#font-family-prop

                Additionally there's no reason to specify the same things over and over
                again (but this is often caused by DW itself). Your current link styles
                for example could be written as:

                a {
                font-family: Charlemagne, ...;
                text-decoration: none;
                color: #FFF;
                }

                a:hover {color: #0C0}

                > please replay what's wrong in this css's.

                Except for the aforementioned things - nothing. At least nothing that
                could cause the problem shown on your screenshots.

                  I wonder if the OP is looking at the same page in Firefox and IE on the SAME
                  machine?

                  If not, as other's have mentioned font specifications are dependant on the
                  font being installed on the machine viewing the site.

                    Use Font Families. In the event a user doesn't have the first font
                    installed on their system (and they probably won't if you use a custom
                    font), CSS will use alternate fonts.

                    font-family: Geneva, "MS Sans Serif", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
