[svn] 4798: Fix Error #2099 exceptions in SWF.

      Revision: 4798

      Log Message:
      -----------
Fix Error #2099 exceptions in SWF.

Add code to protect SWFLoader from Error #2099: The loading object is not sufficiently loaded to provide this information.

Besides catching the thrown errors I also added set ?\226?\128?\156isContentLoaded?\226?\128?\157 in the unload handler to reduce the window where ?\226?\128?\156isContentLoader?\226?\128?\157 is true but the content is actually unloaded. This happens because when the Player unload() method is called SWFLoader?\226?\128?\153s unload handler is called before.

Fix white space in several places.

Fix for SDK-19038 in unloadAndStop(). If ?\226?\128?\156autoLoad?\226?\128?\157 is false, the content would not be unloaded by a call to unloadAndStop(). The problem is fixed by calling ?\226?\128?\156load(null);?\226?\128?\157 directly if autload is false.
