      Log Message:
      -----------
Fixed regression from Flex3 due to a behavior change in effects in Gumbo. Previously, we didn't force layout to run when restoring state values prior to running a transition effect. This was changed in Flex4 to be more correct, but this meant that effects that were not tracking constraints ended up breaking when layout forced their targets to be laid out under constraints that were not also being restored to their pre-transition values. Fix is to make the Move effect, like the new FxMove effect, expose the styles that it is affected by so that the state-restoration mechanism in Effect will do the right thing with constraints.
