    AdvancedDataGrid mxml problem

    dalejoel
Hi - I'm trying to use the AdvancedDataGrid in Flex Builder 3 Professional.
I am able to reference and access this control in action script, but if I try to use the mxml tag for the AdvancedDataGrid as all the documented examples show, Flex Builder does not know what it is.

I have the mx namespace set up in my Application tag. xmlns:mx=" http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml"
And then I try to type <mx:AdvancedDataGrid> ... but this is unknown to the environment. When I view in design mode, there's just an "X" where my control would be.

However if attempt to add this control via action script, everything works. It shows up when I run the program, though it's not on the design view, which is a problem since I want to use it in design view.

Does anyone have ideas on why this is happening?

You might just need to clean the project:
