      Revision: 5009

      Log Message:
      -----------
Adding events in AIR for automation so they'll know when a new window is created or when a FlexNativeMenu is created. The window event is dispatched on the top level application when a new window is opened or closed. The menu events are dispatched on the window when it's assigned or on the component if it's a context menu. These events are just used for automation purposes.
