TextView now has horizontalScrollPosition and verticalScrollPosition properties that can be set to scroll the text.
TCAL doesn't yet support autoscrolling, but when it does, these properties will update to reflect it and will become bindable.
TextView now also has bindable read-only properties called contentWidth and contentHeight, which tells you the virtual size of the text as opposed to how much of it you can actually see. They are updated when the TextFlow dispatched a composeDone event. These will be used to determine the range for scrollbars.
