    New Contributors Guide

I am interested in contributing to the FlexSDK projects but I don't know where to start. I installed Tortoise SVN and I have downloaded the source. What free IDE can I use to edit the flex source. I'm thinking of using Flash Develop. I do I choose bugs to fix and where do I begin?
