I have successfully changed the port to access my WebUI. The server does the translating, I saw a word document translated to a PDF.
My one problem is that the Elements Server keeps trying to contact my SMTP server. I would like to use the WebUI, and since I am unable to contact Tech Support because I have no C.C. I was hoping you would be able to help.
Make sure that your Elements Server has network connectivity with your SMTP server (you can verify by ping or by sending a test message from which ever email program you are using on your Elements Server). You will need access to the SMTP server in order to use the WebUI because the finished PDF gets emailed back to the email address specified in the Web UI.
