How to add up more "Drop-Menu" Backgrounds?

Fireworks has most simplified dropdown menu generator, but how can I add up more textures and effects into library?

Create your own styles using Fireworks live effects, then export them to
the FW Nav Menu folder. On my machine, that's located at

          C:\Documents and Settings\Linda Rathgeber\Application
          Data\Macromedia\Fireworks 8\Nav Menu

Be aware that you pay an impossibly heavy price for the FW pop-up menus.
Those who understand the price would not dream of using them. There are
            other better ways.....
