    layout issues in FF, Safari and IE6

    mtbresource Level 1
      Hi. My site (www.mtbresource.com) looks fine in IE7 and Firefox 3.x on Windows. However, it has the following issues in the other browsers:
      1. IE6 on windows wraps the header nav bar to the next row; tried the conditional statement fix (if IE, then etc.) advised in this forum and did not fix.
      2. Safari on Mac and Windows displays header and footer and nav bar fine, but content off the page to the right.
      3. Firefox version 2.0.0.x on Mac displays same as #2 above.

      Thanks so much for any suggestions. This occurs after implementing all the fixes from DW site checker.

          Beacause the spry menu bar has floated elements in it you need to clear
          those. Add clear: both; to the 'mainContent' css (as shown below)

          .thrColFixHdr #mainContent {
          width: 100%;
          margin: 0;
          overflow: hidden;
          clear: both;
          }

            Osgood...thank you, thank you, thank you! Yes that fixed it in Firefox on Mac (2.0.0.xx) and Safari on PC. You're a genius!
