Does Flex get rendered each time the page is loaded?

      Hello all,

I'm interested to know whether flex files are rendered (or is it better to say compiled?) each time the web page they are in is requested. In a sense, do they serve another rendering process, similar to the process of code in an apsx file?

Or perhaps (as I am crossing my fingers for) the flex SWF file is compiled only once, and loaded when requested.

If the first option is the scenario, is there any way to avoid it? I understood that flash does not behave that way? How much time will the process of flex order take?

      Thanks in advance,
