You don't seem to be the only one with this bad problem. To get in
touch with Adobe I recommend you open a web case.
Wihen will the doucments ueued for delivery be processed
I did and they acknowledged that they have a problem and they are working on it.
Thank you for contacting Create Adobe® PDF Online Technical Support.
I understand that your document was queued for an unusually long amount of time.
I have been able to reproduce the issue that you are describing on our test accounts.
We are currently investigating if this is being caused by an unusual amount of high volume or if the conversion process is not running at <<<<<<<<
I was having this problem, and tried different ways to troubleshoot (tried using different email addresses, delivery options, renaming the document, etc).
I finally got it to work by using the "CONVERT NOW IN WEB BROWSER" delivery option. Once I clicked on that, the process started, and in just a few seconds, a link to the document appeared in the browser.
I hope this solution helps others, because I agree... I think it's CRAP that Adobe has this site up, it doesn't work properly, and there's no support. Converting docs to pdf files, is something that businesses need to do (ie we're not here for fun or entertainment), and Adobe is just pissing a lot of business people off.
Good work Arnel! And YES... to confirm, that does work! FINALLY!!! I've been trying to figure this out all weekend! Atleast we can rely on other users for answers!
