The way to get official support for Create PDF Online is to open a web
case. There is no telephone support, so the answer you got is correct.
Yes, I am having the same problem. My documents have been sitting in the queue for a day. Usually, they are delivered within 5 minutes.
Same here everyone! I opened a web case, too, and am waiting for a reply. At this point, my guess is that the replies will come after the problem is fixed.
Here is the reply from my web case. Guess I was wrong. :)
<<I understand that you have not received your completed PDF files.

oops. I guess copy\paste didn't work. This is the web case reply I got...

I am experiencing the same problem and am very frustrated. Why can't I speak to an actual rep for support? No one can help with this issue and we subscribe A.K.A. PAY for this site's abilities...
I was having this problem, and tried different ways to troubleshoot (tried using different email addresses, delivery options, renaming the document, etc).
I finally got it to work by using the "CONVERT NOW IN WEB BROWSER" delivery option. Once I clicked on that, the process started, and in just a few seconds, a link to the document appeared in the browser.
I hope this solution helps others, because I agree... I think it's CRAP that Adobe has this site up, it doesn't work properly, and there's no support. Converting docs to pdf files, is something that businesses need to do (ie we're not here for fun or entertainment), and Adobe is just pissing a lot of business people off.
Well there you go - had the same issue and lo and behold I am not alone. Trust the matter will be resolved in a timely fashion.
Will report back what happens.
It's ridiculous for a PAID subscription to not work and not be given a reason or timeframe for resolution.
Has anyone found way to cure this issue? Also as we are a relatively small company we would like to hire an Adobe specialist as we took the decision a while back to roll out the Adobe suit.
Can anyone advise where I can get a freelancers for a reasonable rate?
