I have just encountered the SAME thing today. I pdfd two docs -- one at a time -- last night ... perfect. I sent 15 at a time this morning and they've been stuck "in queue" for 8 hours. I tried calling customer service but all I get is overseas idiots who can barely speak English, much less help. I have now called three times with no success. No one will help. Meanwhile, my important docs sit molding "in queue"
Darryl ... see the thread below that says "WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH ...". It's a jerry-rigged solution, but it works!
Customer Service doesn't sound the right contact point for a technical
problem. Did you try raising a web case?
