I have recently signed up for paperless billing with my ISP but cannot view my bills in PDF format on-line. My ISP states that the problem lies with my computer and not their server. I have searched these forums and tried numerous ways to rectify this problem including reinstalling Adobe Reader, turning off/on the Adobe Internet settings and repairing the installation/Registry settings. I have also tried accessing the information I want with my AV and firewall turned off and placing the site in my Trusted Sites list but all to no avail. I am sure the problem must have something to do with my Adobe Reader/browser settings but as yet have not been successful in resolving the problem. If anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do next I would be most grateful.
