I am hoping that someone can help. I created a contract in word and then converted it to PDF. Once in PDF I used Acrobat Pro 9 to add form fields. I enabled extend features. I was told this would allow me to create a form with field have the user populate it and save it to the desktop. When I try to open the form in acrobat reader on another computer I get an error that say the Extended features are no longer available do to a change in the document.
The issue is I didn't make any change and no one seem to know why this is occurring or how to resolve the issue..
Brend is correct that a better forum would be Acrobat Windows or Mac, but while we're here, is the Reader also version 9.x? The most common problems are scripts in the document making changes or problems with fonts that require font substitution, but the font problems were mostly related to versions 7 and 8 and didn't occur until after the document was resaved.
