Download the Adobe DNG SDK. This includes source code for a "dng_validate" tool, which includes command line options to display all the tags inside a DNG file.
Thanks. I ran dng_validate with the -v option and it ran OK. However, the tag BaselineExposure was not included in the output. Other DNG tags were included. Does that mean that the value of BaselineExposure is the default (0.0), or is there another explanation?
I found the answer: option -d with a value for the number of lines per tag produced a value for BaselineExposure.
I did the automatic update from within Photoshop to download the new ACR and it wouldn't open LX3 files.
I then downloaded 5.2 from adobe.com and installed manually and it works fine. LX3 files show up in Bridge and open with ACR.
The same thing happened with the Nikon D90 when it was new.
I'm on Mac OS X 10.5.5.
Sorry. Wrong thread.
