    ACR PRESETS.... Cumulative?

I am new to ACR, so this might be a stupid question.

Is it possible to create an ACR preset that is cumulative?

Meaning... imagine that I create a preset that increases the TEMP of a photo by 5 units. I want to be able to run the preset 5 times so that I actually get an increase in TEMP of 25 units. Is this possible?

No. Presets store specific values. Wouldn't it be just as easy to use the arrow keys to move the setting up and down? That's what I do. Up/down arrow keys for small adjustments, hold down the shift key for more aggressive adjustments. You to have the cursor in the numeric value box for the adjustment you are making for this to work.
