Would have thought that the "ADOBE" people would have at least answered this. Certainly they know what they change from one version of camera raw to another.

This is one of the forums I trust because Adobe people do occasionally attend (... and that includes you Jeff). I know it's not mandatory but I believe I can speak for all when I say I appreciate their time.
Windows Picture and Fax viewer will also not zoom to 100% when you click on the "actual size" icon for any image that used either ACR 3.7 or DNG with 3.7 or both. This works for all previous version of ACR or DNG. When you click on "actual size" you get "drawing failed", but if you rotate the mouse wheel one click either way the image appears and you can then rotate back and get 100% size.
Just found out that ACR 4.0 acts the same way. Hopefully they will correct this in a newer version of ACR. When a company releases a new version of a product it should improve and move forward, not take away features that was already present.
