What version of ACR? What exact version of Bridge? The latter should be 126.96.36.199.
You are right, it is acting like this in Bridge 188.8.131.52 (I use CR2 canon Raw files and a ppc G5, OSx 10.4.9) and but if you open the Raw files in ACR through PSCS 9.0.2 the information palette is working correctly.
Don't have a clue on how to fix other than use the open in Photoshop option.
Sorry about the following stupid question, but to clarify, what is "ACR"? I'm using Canon CR2 as well, so your seeing the difference between opening Camera Raw in Bridge and opening it in CS?
Let me check on that...
ACR = Adobe Camera Raw
I've tested several sets of images in Bridge and CS and while CS is consistent with the image palette working. Bridge goes back and forth between working properly and not.
Does anyone know or have another option to get Bridge to be consistent like CS??
See the response to my message from Jeff Schewe under the topic "ACR 4: RGB measurement values show --- instead of values." Opening from Photoshop (instead of Bridge) seems to fix the problem (at least for me). You might try that. It's not as convenient as opening from Bridge, but the info then displays correctly in ACR.
