Just upgraded to CS3. I mostly shoot jpegs, but do like being able to edit images in camera raw. My question is: If I make some changes to a jpeg image in camera raw and decide that I want to restore the image to it's original state, what do I do? I know the changes are not saved with the image, but I just want it to be just like the original so I can start from scratch editing in Photoshop.
"Clear Imported Settings" sets all "invisible" controls to their default values. "Invisible" control are controls that the engine supports, but don't have a UI. For example, many of the new Lightroom controls when running in Camera Raw 3.7. If these controls are set using Lightroom, Camera Raw 3.7 will obey them. This command allows the user to remove them if they need to.
