In Photoshop: Create a new document, copy and paste the image. It should do the job.
If you are dealing with RAW images, an exif editor like Exifer might work.
You are so cool! I never even thought to just copy and paste it. I have a company that came to me this week via my website. They want to buy some of my local photos that were shot in 2004 using my first SLR. I prefer to remove the data.

Thanks for the Exifer info too. I'll look into that as well since it might speed things up in the future if I need to do a batch.
Looks like Exifer is Windows only. That's okay, the copy and past will work for now. Thanks again!
Here is a script that I wrote that might help speed up the process.
Just select all and then run this script and you'll have a new document.
Then you can save it with a new name.
