Thanks. I have Windows Media Center Edition XP, Service Pack 2. I have used Ctrl+R while in Bridge. Camera Raw is in the common files. I did the purge of the files. Not sure what else to do. Thanks again.
First, make sure you are running Bridge 126.96.36.199. If not, update ASAP.
Go to "About Plug-in" in the Help menu of Photoshop and verify that you are running ACR 4.2 and that only one copy of ACR is present. You cannot have more than one.
Purge the Cache for each offending folder through the Tools menu in Bridge, not in Bridge Preferences.
Those are the only tips I can offer, as I don't do Windows. Hope the Windows users jump in.
Thanks. I am sorry, but I should have indicated that I also have CS2 and original Bridge on my computer.
