Open in Camera Raw greyed out (Mac)

I am unable to open files in Bridge CS3 using this option which is greyed out. I have downloaded the latest upgrade (4.3) twice, checked the location of the plug in (...>CS3>File Formats), purged cache, checked permissions, read forum submissions here and still cannot find a solution. Powermac G4 i.25 GHz, 1 Gb DDR Ram, Mac OS 10.4.11, Adobe CS3, Photoshop 10.0.1, Bridge 2.1.1.9 Is there any other action I can take please?

      Thanks

      Barry

Barry, <br /> <br /> Just making sure you do have the correct path <br /> <br />c <a href="http://www.pixentral.com/show.php?picture=1xwhONMULLCK06W7hEzZeC8TphS9l1" /></a> <img alt="Picture hosted by Pixentral" src="http://www.pixentral.com/hosted/1xwhONMULLCK06W7hEzZeC8TphS9l1_thumb.jpg" border="0" /> <br />c Click thumbnail for full image <br /> <br />&gt;1 Gb DDR Ram <br /> <br /> Ouch! That is pathetically little RAM. Max that machine out with as much RAM as it will take. <br /> <br /> While you're still running on such a miserly amount of RAM, make sure you do not let Photoshop use more than about 45% of available RAM, or you'll be starving the OS and Bridge of RAM.
