The evaluation license has probably expired. You may not be able to
re-install on the same computer. Which is probably ok, since you are no
longer evaluating the product.

I'd be surprised if Adobe would not allow me to uninstall their eval version however. I want to free up the space and make sure there is no "collision" with CS3.
Do you have other Adobe software that you want to preserve? I think the CS3 clean script will actually remove CS2 as well, as collateral damage, but that's based on anecdotal evidence, not experience.
Of course you could just delete the folders and run a registry cleaner and there is little possibility that you'd see any problems other than not being able to install CS2 on that machine.
