Error message [[ F_PKG_MISSING_ELEMENT ]]

I've been trying to create an epub file using OeB package of 1.2 version, and
following is my error message.

F_PKG_MISSING_ELEMENT

Any help would be great full..

Dear All,

I Fixed the problem

Problem: Folder "oebps" in small case will pop-up error message as

F_PKG_MISSING_ELEMENT

Solution: Name folder as "OEBPS" all caps.
