Access denied to sample ebook library

When clicking the "Visit the sample ebook library" link on the ADE page http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/ I get the following response:

We're sorry, you are not allowed access to the service you requested.
If you feel you should have access, please contact the appropriate authorities

I can't even get the page to open, I get transferred to a new page, it opens blank and stays that way.
