WebWorks Publisher is a product of Quadralay Corporation. Checkout the following resources for information and support:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/wwp-users
http://www.webworks.com
There are two flavors of Quadralay's WebWorks Publisher: WebWorks Publisher Standard Edition and WebWorks Publisher Professional Edition.
WebWorks Publisher Standard Edition:
WWP SE is included with FrameMaker 6. Think of it as an export filter to export FrameMaker to HTML and XML. You cannot use this software, which is essentially a light version of WWP Pro, to create customized templates for creating online help. WWP SE is available on those platforms that Adobe supports for FrameMaker 6.
WebWorks Publisher Professional Edition:
WebWorks Publisher Pro is a conversion tool that lets you create online help directly from FrameMaker files--*.book and *.fm files. This product claims to let you do single-sourcing because it will take your FrameMaker formats and map them to corresponding WebWorks layouts, which in turn define the deliverables. Of course, you must spend some time up-front designing and assigning mappings, default page layouts, and the like.
WebWorks Publisher Pro lets you create WinHelp (*.HLP), Sun Microsystems' JavaHelp (can be *.JAR), various flavors of uncompiled HTML-based help, WebWorks Help (an uncompiled, cross-platform, browser independent online help format--eHelp's WebHelp is similar in concept), and CHMs, Microsoft's proprietary HTML format. XML output is also supported.
WWP Pro is not available on the Mac.

Quadralay WebWorks Publisher Standard Edition is a lite edition of WebWorks Publisher that is included free with FrameMaker 6.
Quadralay has the following information about support for WWP SE:
>The WebWorks Publisher Standard Edition is actually Adobe's product and they are providing the support for it. Adobe support may be reached by calling (800) 685-3652.
Additionally, Quadralay has a FAQ and KB regarding WWP SE accessible from: http://www.webworks.com/support.
As of this posting (Dec 8, 2000), there is a single KB article and a single FAQ article for WWP SE.
