1. Re: Outer glow not working in AICS3
Larry G. Schneider Jun 17, 2008 7:59 AM (in response to Michael Brown12)How big is the object? If its' over about 18 inches you're in trouble. -
2. Re: Outer glow not working in AICS3
Michael Brown12 Jun 17, 2008 8:54 AM (in response to Michael Brown12)Well, the document itself over 18" (it is 48"x92"), but the squares in question range from 6"x6" to 24"x24". They all have the same problem with the outer glow. A lot of printed materials are over 18": posters, signs, etc. just about everything outside of magazines and books. Can you elaborate?
Thanks,

5. Re: Outer glow not working in AICS3
Michael Brown12 Jun 17, 2008 11:21 AM (in response to Michael Brown12)Thanks. I think I'll just leave it at 36dpi, it looks fine when I print it out full size. I bump into things like this with AI all the time. It is really only adequate for small illustrations, mostly for the publishing industry. Anything larger than a coffee table book causes it to wig out. It wish it were more robust.
Thanks very much for the great help!
