    Resized images are not anti-aliased

      I'm creating an app with html + js + css + air, and I'm doing something like this:

      <img src=" http://somedomain.com/image.jpg" />

      I find that if I set the image height/width in css that when the image loads it displays in very poor quality, mainly it looks like it's not anti-aliased. The images look fine when I don't set a height or width, so the images look fine by themselves, and when rendered at their original size. It's only when I try to resize it that it looks bad.

      Any help is greatly appreciated - many thanks.
