Unable to connect to sites - msjava.dll error

I finally got a new PC with Windows XP (had Windows 2000 before). I've installed Contribute CS3 and it works fine when I connect to two of my sites which are internal to my organization (hosted by us). The other two sites are hosted by an ISP outside of our organization and I am unable to connect to those. Other users can connect to the external sites with Contribute so I know it's not a problem with the ISP. When I try to connect, I get the standard Windows error box which states "Contribute has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and when I click to see what the error report contains, the ModName is msjava.dll. I did a search for msjava.dll on my system and it does exist in my windows folder.

Has anyone else encountered this? Any advice about how to find/solve this problem?
