URLRequest POST upload problem with Flash 10

Ok, I'm aware of the changes to the security model that went into Flash 10 to filter out uploads, but I'm having trouble using the workaround Adobe suggested to deal with this. As suggested, I changed the 'filename' bit of the header to something else and can modify the server to match, but I'm still getting a security exception when I attempt the call:

      *** Security Sandbox Violation ***
SecurityError: Error #2176: Certain actions, such as those that display a pop-up window, may only be invoked upon user interaction, for example by a mouse click or button press.

My code (which worked fine pre-Flash 10, though I've changed it now so 'filename' reads 'fname') that is relevant to this problem is attached. I assume it is still giving me a security error due to there being some minor RFC2046 problem in my encoding, but it is hard to say since the exception raised gives absolutely no useful information as to why it is still failing even without the filename tag.

Thanks for any help in advance.
