    Template woes

    ploughman1 Level 1
I recently added some JS code to my template-based site. The result in DW is that the right-hand border in light blue has been 'pushed out'.
It looks good in Firefox, but a mess in IE7. Try as I might, I can't rectify this on the template (Why did they abandon the 'Preview without saving' feature that was up to the MX version?)
Any of you good people able to help?

They didn't. I use DW 8 and I can "Preview using temp file" without saving.
You are probably missing a setting in Preferences.
