David, if you have either one of the Adobe order number (corresponding to an Acrobat 8 order), your Adobe customer ID, or your Licensing Web Site (LWS) login name (not the password, just the username), I think we could help you.
My username is Tulan0002
One of the order numbers is 70792190
"end user id" is 20023281
David, thank you for providing the information. I hope the information provided over the phone will be sufficient to resolve the issue.
I'm having the same issue, with a little more complexity. For some reason all the licenses my organization purchases through our reseller are ending up under one person's logon. But that said, even that person's logon shows the same result that David J Murphy got - "No Results Found". The logon I am told that I should see the licenses under is NATUR00179. And, like David, the last time I called I waited in queue over an hour before I hung up.
I am having the same problem noted above. I keep getting the "No Results Found" message when trying to download the set-up files. My login ID is Socorr00039; the order number (found on the Adobe email) is 70798716; end user # 20467879; CLP membership is 4400054244. Any ideas on how I can get past this? Thank you for your help.
I am also getting the same error when trying to download the set-up files. Login ID = Trans00069, Customer ID - 118279835. Thanks.
I am having the same problem also. Login ID=NEDEPT00002, EndUserID=20607957, Order # 131009650
I also can't get past the phone queue. Please help.
I am having the same problem as above. Login is chatta00015.
We had a bug in the Licensing Web Site (LWS) that prevented you from seeing your orders. The bug was successfully fixed on Thursday morning.
Please try logging in again using the same user name (NATUR00179) and you should see your orders and be able to set them up.
Same reply as Randy. You were also affected by the bug that got fixed this morning. Please log in again to LWS using the same username (chatta00015) and you should be able to see your order for 49 seats of Acrobat 8 Pro.
Your problem is similar to Randy's & Nora's. Please log in again to LWS using the same username (Socorr00039) and you should be able to see your order for 2 seats of Acrobat 8 Standard.
Same as Randy, Nora and MJOCHOA, you too were affected that got fixed this morning. Please log in again to LWS using the same username (Trans00069) and you should be able to see your order Acrobat 8 Professional.
Your case seems a bit more complex. I need to do further research and I'll get back to you.
Thanks Juan-Carlos. I was able to contact support by phone and am in the process of getting things straightened out. I appreciate your help!
Thanks Juan-Carlos, I'll give it a try as soon as I can. Somehow my password got clobbered so I'm waiting for a new one to get emailed.
I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say it's a relief to get someone to acknowledge this issue. Thank you very much.
Got the password reset, still comes back 'account invalidated'. unbelievable.
Same problem for me. I get the dreaded "no results found" message. I also have another question - I just purchased acrobat 8 and (separately) creative suites premium 2.3. My understanding is that only acrobat 8 uses ALM. Is that correct or do I also retrieve those serial numbers from that same ALM website.
When Acrobat 8 is sold/shipped with the Creative Suite 2.3, Acrobat is a "suite" product, not individual. The Creative Suite 2.3 is not e-license enabled, so Acrobat 8 in-the-suite will not require an e-license.
You can always retrieve your serial numbers from the Licensing Web site (or LWS for short), but only those products that are e-license enabled require an e-license. Those include Acrobat 8 Standard and Acrobat 8 Professional at this time (new versions of other desktop applications will include e-licensing over time).
I am having the same problems as the other with my elicense activation.
But I recently found out that many of my licenses have been associated with a login name that I have never used. I hope this is why I have not been able to activate about 60 licenses.
I have no records of ever creating this login and nothing with a password. I tried my usual passwords and now the login has been disabled.
How can I retrieve this information? Also, can I setup ALM so my departments do not have to activate anything? I really do not want them to have access to this website. Why can they not just activate the software with the CD key?
I was able to opt-out of 14 licenses using my regular login. I then downloaded a .XML file and have no idea what to do with this?
Please Help ASAP thanks

My IT guy downloaded Acrobat Professional 8.0 today but I never got an email from Adobe confirming it and giving me a serial number. According to your pop-ups when I do a pdf file, I have just 9 days before all Acrobat family materials go POOF. This is vital to my business and I need to resolve the issue NOW.
Can anyone help me?
Try to download an e-license again while connected to the Internet. Please let me know if you still are experience problems after you try one more time.
I have reset the password on account ekucom00002. You should receive the new password via email.
Only the individual listed as the Ship To on your order needs to log into the Licensing Web Site (LWS) to setup the e-licenses.
Please see these instructions for information on what to do with the .XML file you obtained from LWS:
I'm having the same "no results found" issues, please help.

This order is not showing up when you click "Setup e-licenses", because e-licenses for this order were already setup on November 23. If you view your " e-license Hosting Summary" report, you should see the e-licenses for this order.
