    Password logon no longer possible

      Hello,
      I make 3 false attempts when i try to write my login in the license web site of Adobe. I have sent a request of new password and adobe sent me one but it doesn't work and i have this message : Password logon no longer possible to many attempts.

      I don't know what to do. Because my labs have just buy Photoshop CS3 and we need to connect to the license web site in order to take the serial number.

      If someone know what I have to do....
