      As Adobe preferred service provider, I was invited to the pre-release version of CS4, but what they did not tell you is that, when the actual launch came, the pre-release version expired and you no longer able to open them, you have been using it for 3 months, it tells you that you need to upgrade to CS4 and after installing the released CS4, the big surprise is that all of your work for 3 months was a total waste because you can not open them in CS4! Phone support system is a joke, I have been transfered to several agents and every time they did I have to provide, user, email, serial#,case# and then finally got disconnected. Never again!!
