If I delete a bookmark in the TOC, do I need to re-generate the WebHelp layout?

Hi,

I'm using RH6 to generate WebHelp output. I made the following changes to the project:
- Removed text block from whats_new.htm file.
- Removed bookmark from TOC.

I need to provide only the updated files for the developer. I can provide the updated whats_new.htm file but what files do I provide the developer with this simple change in the TOC? Is it absolutely necessary to re-generate and provide all him with all the new files? Which RH files are associated with the change I made to the TOC?
