    can't delete fireworksexdemo-esd.exe

      A while ago, I tried to install a demo version of Fireworks (I think it was Fireworks MX 2004) it wouldn't install & I got an error message saying that it's not a 32 bit program, now I can't delete the file from my desktop, it's stuck on my system, when I try to delete it, I get an error message saying that another person or program is using the file, I am the only person who uses my computer & I do not have file sharing enabled, I have Windows XP Home edition, I've had a look in processes & I can't find what's using the file, please help!!

          Boot into safe mode and then delete it

            Ok I've tried doing that but I'm still gettting the same error :(

              Have you tried using System Restore?

                Unfortunately I had system restore turned off when I tried to install Fireworks, I wish I hadn't now!
