    Formating Instances of Buttons

    lifespantoo
I am creating my first buttons in fireworks. I need to create some that have multiple lines and some, like "home" that have just one word. When I edit a clone of the original symbol, I can change the text of that button, but is not aligned correctly because of the different number of words. I tried starting with a one word button and cloning from there and vice versa, but either way, I cannot get the words to align right. Surely there is a way to do this, but I can't figure it out. Anyone know how?

If you want to create buttons with multiple lines of text, you'll need
to create them manually rather than with the button editor.

Really?! Guess I need to send that in as a requested feature. Seems to me that you should be able to do that. Thanks for the input.
