format-dateTime Issues

When trying to input the create_time in an email with attachments QPAC, it is outputting Zulu time. So, we thought that we could use the format-dateTime to modify the date to ouput the correct timezone. We've tried to use every variation of encapsulation of the variables within the function, but it's as if Workflow doesn't recognize the function call. If anyone has a working inception of this and can post an example, that would be fantastic.

strDateTime

language

country

variant in

"format-dateTime(strDateTime, (language, country, variant, timezone)?)"

if anyone working can come up with the solution, and it could be helpful if it comes with an example. Thanks

When the form is being submitted and when it goes to next actor the form name seems to be blank in Form Manager Worklist.

If anyone working on such things can suggest me what is the cause for this issue and how it can be rectified, and that could be nice.
