This is almost certainly a security issue.
You will need a crossdomain.xml file in the root of the server that is providing the data.

But I am in a situation wherein the swf files along with the other java files will be deployed on some remote system which may change regularly. So how could i solve this issue once for all...
Okay, so you have tried to put a crossdomain.xml file on the root of your http server? If you google on crossdomain.xml, you'll find both the sample file and instructions on where to put it.
Did it not solve the problem?
