Is there some good kickstart material?

In the Workbench Help, I can see that there is a first application. This looks like a good way to understand the overall process of using livecycle. however, is there more details on how to get a simple process working for a watched folder?

You can try the quickstarts but i think those are currently for somebody that is pretty familiar with Workbench already.

If you are new to LiveCycle ES and want to understand LC ES you can start by reading the document LiveCycle ES Overview. http://help.adobe.com/en_US/livecycle/es/overview.pdf

This document provides information on how you can use LC ES for designing business processes, creating forms etc. It also provides information on installing, configuring and administrating LC ES.

Next you will want to read Installing your Development Environment page 7-11. http://help.adobe.com/en_US/livecycle/es/install_dev_enviro.pdf
This document provides information on LC Workbench ES.
Be sure to read Process Concepts under the LiveCycle Workbench ES Help. This should help get you started.
