    Receive Email

    Aditya S. Level 1
I have 2 workflows. The first one emails out an application form and the second one is set up to receive the filled out form via email.

I have created an Email Endpoint for the second workflow and it is working fine. However, I am having trouble tracking the workflow ids for reporting purposes.

Someone suggested to use the receive email module in Workbench and I tried to use it. This would help keep it within one workflow, creating only 1 id. When I use the "Test" in the properties I get the following exception.

      Test Clicked
      Parameters:
      filterSubject:
      filterFrom:
      folder: null
      deleteAfterProcessing: false
      attachmentMimeFilterList: null
      useConfigurationOptions: false
      receiveHost: exch05.gs-inc.com
      receivePort: null
      receiveUsername: livecycletest
      receivePassword: password field hidden
      receiveProtocol: pop3
      Type: class java.lang.String
      receiveTransportSecurity: None

Caused by: ALC-DSC-003-000: com.adobe.idp.dsc.DSCInvocationException: Invocation error.

So I used another exchange account. This one worked just fine. I don't know why it worked with one email and it didn't with the other. There is no difference in the way the two email accounts were setup and they share the same exchange server.

Can anyone explain why the difference in results.
