I want to customize the columns shown in the initial process tracking screen of workspace. I understand that it can be done by using "Custom Query Template". But I could not find much information on how to implement it.
Can someone please tell how to customize the process tracking columns, by using Query template or otherwise...?
Not sure how to do that, but we have built an enhanced tracking and enquiry tool that provides a lot more flexibility than the built-in tracking, and is also very easy to configure.
