The simplest way is to have a multi-step job.
The first step runs jfmerge with the -asp parameter set to the printer presentment target and the -z pointing to the printer, the second step runs jfmerge again but with the -asp set to the pdf presentment target and the -z set to the location where you want to write the pdf file.
Let me know if you need examples of this.
Thanks, so what you are suggesting is to put the two steps inside the jmd ye.
Is the other way more complex than what i though above?
The method suggested by Chris may work but from what I recall when trying this myself it just ain't possible to do both in the same job. Unfortunately, I don't recall the reasoning that it failed for me.
Ye I couldnt see why it would not work..
Hi Chris can you provide me with an example of having two presentment targets. I can't seem to figure out how to do it.
